What We
Inspect

The home review will include a visual inspection of the following major

5- Decks, porches and walkways
6- Yard grading and drainage
7- Basement, foundation and crawlspace
8-Water penetration and foundation movement
9- Heating and cooling systems
10- Main water shut off valves
11- Interior plumbing fixtures
12- Drainage sump pumps and floats
13- Electrical service entrance and meter
14- Main disconnect and service amperage

could affect the function of the house. For this reason it is
important to retain a Homecoming House Inspections Inc.
